Rankin eager to promise spending but what is he going to cut?

HALIFAX -- Iain Rankin is on a pre-election spending spree but is refusing to tell people about his plan to cut $209 million dollars in services and programs that families count on.

Teachers are already dealing with the impact of cuts. High school teachers are facing job losses in schools across the Halifax Regional Municipality. What else isn’t Rankin telling us?
